Here at Optimus, we are proud to be taking part in this year’s National Customer Service Week.
Led by the Institute of Customer Service, the week-long event is an opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the UK economy. We will be highlighting our drive for service excellence throughout the week and showcasing some of our successes.
#NCSW takes place during the first week in October and each day is themed. We will be embracing the themes to showcase how customer service is truly embedded in our business at every level.
The daily themes are:
Monday – The Human-Tech interface 💻
Tuesday – Service with Respect Day 💚
Wednesday – The Professionalisation of Service: Skills & Capabilities 🎓
Thursday – Effective Strategy and Leadership 📈
Friday – Recognition 👏
