We recently had the opportunity to speak with Arta Audjukevica , who provided some insight into her vital role here at Optimus.
Our services consultants provide support and customer service directly to a company’s leads, customers, or users. They have interactions throughout all phases of the customer lifecycle from initial lead through the post-sale period and beyond. But to get a better understanding, Arta told us about her previous experiences, hobbies, and position at Optimus!

💬 How long have you been with Optimus?
Since May 2021
💬 What did you do before joining Optimus?
Used to work at Motability Operations for 3 years in Dealer Services and Vehicle Documentation team as a Service Advisor and as a Health Advisor before that.
💬 What is your position in Optimus? Can you explain your role to us?
A little bit of everything, really. Mainly involved in chasing Welcome packs for Money Super Market and Yopa, working on sales programs, and contacting clients and solicitors regarding updates. I also handle instructions for L&C, Moneysupermarket and Yopa. The purpose of my work is to establish relationships with the panel of solicitors and Yopa agents and respond to any questions that anyone may have!
💬 What attracted you to Optimus?
My friend used to work here and recommended Optimus as a great place to work.
💬 How does your role help Optimus development?
My role is to help the client’s home journey easier for solicitors!
💬 What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
My grandma always that there is beauty in everything and everyone, once you see it- say it as it’s the little things that matter the most. To be honest- she is absolutely right!
💬 Describe your work routine?
In the morning, I will forward L&C instructions to Yopa, followed by Sales Progression. After that, I usually prepare Welcome Packs while dipping in and out of Sales Prog and Instructions.
💬 Describe your perfect day off?
Waking up to the smell of pancakes and bacon ( not together, thank you!) going out for a long dog walk or a hike ( ideally seeing some goats on the way) then a wild swim, picnic and watching the sunset. Now that’s perfect!
💬 What is something that not many people know about you?
I’m a massive fan of magic!
