Our August Star Performer is our Welsh conquering hero, Rhys Gant!

Rhys is one of our Business Development Managers who has been with Optimus for over 2 years.

During his time at Optimus, Rhys has always been dedicated to driving business growth by developing a network of contacts to attract new clients, researching new market opportunities and coordinating with agents and brokers to develop mutually beneficial partnerships.

Rhys is particularly proud of winning a large account in competitive tender, working with the Optimus service team to deliver better service than previously experienced by the client. Rhys also supports the team by providing coaching, aiding decision-making and sharing his invaluable knowledge.

Before joining Optimus, Rhys worked for Convey Law, one of our highly valued solicitors on panel. Rhys brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the conveyancing industry to Optimus which makes him a key member of our team.

A fun fact about Rhys is that he has had 10 tattoos done in 9 different countries…Now that’s what you call super spontaneous!
