Our September star performer is an outstanding and dedicated individual, Laura Scott!

This month’s award goes to Laura Scott for her outstanding performance in our broker and lender service team.

Laura is a Service Consultant and has been working with Optimus for 11 months. Laura’s role involves servicing the day-to-day activities across our key broker and lender accounts, anything from chasing through completions to answering any questions that brokers or clients might have. Internally, Laura is always available to assist the Optimus team whenever there’s a question or if there is a training need.

About Laura

Prior to joining Optimus, Laura travelled around the world and experienced 59 different cultures and countries. Upon returning home, Laura realised her interest in the property industry, which is what led her to us at Optimus.
