June 2021 saw the busiest month in our history for conveyancing completions, boosted by the extended SDLT deadline which finished on 30th June 2021. Sue Wilbraham, who works on our Estate Agency conveyancing service team, has been voted as our Star Performer for this exceptional month.
Sue is relentlessly consistent in her work servicing our Estate Agency introducers and really stepped up to the mark during June, something which has been recognised by the Optimus team who voted for her.
Our monthly star performer awards are set up for members of the team to acknowledge the great work of their other team members.

Every team member gets one vote, each month, for someone in the Optimus team who they feel has demonstrated our unique ethos;

The Optimus team has more than doubled over the last twelve months. Sue has been recognised by her fellow team members for always ensuring they always have the right answers to hand and for leading by example.
About Sue
Sue is our longest standing team member, with over 15 years’ experience in property services. As a founding member of our Estate Agency conveyancing service team, there isn’t much Sue doesn’t know about the conveyancing processes in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern and Southern Ireland. Sue is highly regarded not only by her fellow team members, but also the solicitors we partner with. We simply couldn’t do it without her!
